We offer FREE Standard Delivery across Canada and the USA on all orders over $200
- Processing Times: We aim to have your parcel packed within 24 hours, however during busy season this can range between 2-3 days.
- Shipping Times: Our Standard delivery is dispatched by Canada Post or Purolator. Please allow for 3-5 business days for domestic delivery & 8-10 business days for international delivery. Our Express delivery is dispatched by Canada Post or Purolator. Please allow 1-3 working days for domestic delivery & 3-5 working days for international delivery.
- Shipping Costs: Ontario: $15 Standard, $20 Express. Rest of Canada: $25 Standard, $30 Express. USA: $35 Standard, $50 Express. Orders over $200 ship standard to Canada and the USA for free.
- We ask for a daytime telephone number/mobile number so the courier can contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. If you cannot be contacted on that number and the parcel is returned to Homebody, there will be an additional charge to re-send the parcel or if the order is no longer required an administration and re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the order value will be levied.
- We shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability of manufactured stock or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Party Packs by manufacturer’s suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
